  • Original artworks are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they cannot be replicated.

  • Original artworks: Typically ship within 3–7 business days.

  • Prints: Typically ship within 3–10 business days (depending on production schedules).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Costs & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

  • Bridie Rivers is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances once the item has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

  • Lost packages will be assessed with the carrier; resolutions may vary depending on circumstances.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, all sales are final.
Bridie Rivers does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
